COACH
Coach Nina CFL1 certified with over 3 years of coaching experience with a lifelong passion for functional fitness. Having started Crossfit back in 2011, Nina has spent more than a decade building strength, resilience, and community both inside and outside the box.
She loves the energy of amateur competitions and the camaraderie that comes with pushing limits alongside friends. Nina’s coaching philosophy is simple but powerful: “One bad day doesn’t have to make a bad week”. She believes in progress over perfection, and brings positivity, patience and a sense of fun to every class she leads.
COACH
Coach Jamie is a previous owner of PFP Crossfit in Howell, he is a lifetime drug-free powerlifter and has competed in multiple federations, both raw and in equipped divisions. Being ranked in the top 30, in squat, Bench press and Deadlifts. He also incorporates Crossfit-style training into his routine.
Over time Jamie shifted from the classic “eat big, lift big” powerlifting diet to a nutrition philosophy centered around the “keto-paleo” lifestyle. Later writing the book Easy Keto 123 and spoke on the subject and it’s health benefits at universities such as U of M and health centers around the world.

Coach Craig is a retired Firefighter and owner at Red Cedar Ranch (Grass fed/finished Beef)
After years of yo-yo diet, chronic cardio, weight machines and typical globo gym blues, Craig found Crossfit at 45 years old. This was his first step at a new lease on life. After Crossfit, Craigh list weight, lowered his blood pressues, off cholesterol meds, off sleep disorder meds, better mood, less temper, mental focus and major gains in strength. Craig is constantly reading, researching and consuming as much information on overall health in an effort to give back and help others in the Menace family. Craig received his CFL1 in early 2018.

Coach Andrea joined the Menace family in 2018 and quickly found a home in the world of fitness and community. What started as new adventure soon became a passion for pushing limits, competing with a purpose and living a healthy lifestyle built on discipline and hard work.
Driven by the people, the energy and the belief that anyone can transform their life through fitness, Andrea took the ultimate leap- she bought Menace and stepped fully into the functional fitness world. As a CFL1 coach, she’s dedicated to helping athletes of all levels move better, get stronger and discover their own confidence.
For Andrea, Crossfit isn’t just a workout, it’s a family, a challenge and a lifestyle that changes you from the inside out. She loves the grind, loves the growth and loves the people who show up every day ready to earn it.
COACH
Coach Amanda loves being active, outdoors, and mountain biking. She fell in love with fitness and group classes as a past spin enthusiast and instructor and then stumbled upon CrossFit (Menace Strength and Conditioning) in 2020 and it was the best change in her life. The strength she has built through a barbell paired with overall functional fitness have sustained aspects of daily life and health. Crossfit has gotten her through a very difficult knee surgery recovery in 2021 and currently keeps arthritis at bay. She also competes in local CrossFit competitions for fun.
